Big Brother 2016 is getting a massive overhaul this summer - could we say goodbye to the public vote?
While BBUK's iconic slogan has always been 'You decide!', Big Brother elsewhere in the world doesn't have the same public input.
It's something four time Big Brother hosuemate Nikki Grahame found out this year when she took part in the Canadian version.
And she now reckons the format should make its way over to the UK, saying: “It’s totally different reality show.
“To have people nominate you and decide your fate within the house is very very scary. I’d say BBUK is a walk in the park compared to this.”
Nikki said in a Facebook Q&A following her eviction (via BB Spy): “It’s made me so tough and I can take on anything now. I want to bring Big Brother Canada to the UK.”
In the Canadian version of Big Brother, not only do the housemates decide the outcomes of nominations and evictions but the evicted housemates will in turn decide the winner.
So is it something that would work in the UK? We'd definitely be interested to see it tried out for sure.
Bit On The Side's Rylan Clark recently hinted that we may well see a BIG change to Big Brother as we know it in the summer.
"This year, expect something very different," he said.
Giving very little away, Rylan did reveal that the changes should mean better viewing for us fans as the housemates won't be able to 'play' the game.
“People know what Big Brother is now, the contestants know what to expect," the former Celebrity Brother champ explained. "This year they won’t, because we’re doing something brand new which they haven’t even thought about!”
Whatever Big Brother has planned, we cannot wait!
Big Brother 2016 will air on Channel 5 this summer.
