Winston McKenzie clashed with Emma Willis in tonight's Celebrity Big Brother live show.
It was Winston who was evicted tonight after a twist saw the housemates pick who went between him and Nancy Dell'Olio.
With 13 votes to leave to just one to stay, Winston got the boot and went on chat to Emma as he was booed by the live crowd.
"It was a scintillating experience," Winston said. "It was work, I knew it was work."
Much of the interview focused on Winston's comments on gay adoption with the former UKIP member defending his stance: “People are entitled to their opinion. I am portrayed as a people hater."
He added: "There are people in life who aren’t gay and have fought long and hard for their lives. I have nothing against that. When all is said and done, it is the people who will decide. We live in a democratic society and thank God we have the right to express our opinions”.
"I don’t think it’s that people don’t think you should have an opinion," Emma responded, "I just think what you’ve said about how adoption by a gay couple is like child abuse.
"That is extremely offensive”.
Ironically it was rather hard to get a straight answer from Winston over exactly what his opinion on the matter was and what was said, instead simply declaring: "I’m a Christian."
Emma replied: “Christian or not, that does not come into it. It is your wording and it is how you word things”.
Winston then claimed that the remarks had been made "in the heat of a moment," but said: "I agree with my heartfelt feelings. I am not going to change my mind or change my thoughts to suit other people”.
Emma concluded: “It's such a shame and so sad that people can have these views and think it's okay."
Moving on and Winston also defended his treatment of women in the house which got him a telling off from Big Brother, saying that he was a "red blooded male".
Celebrity Big Brother continues nightly on Channel 5.
