It's somewhat stereotypical that an American special of Celebrity Big Brother is ending in a lawsuit.
But it's happening, with Farrah Abraham set to sue Janice Dickinson over the Bit On The Side brawl last week.
The pair were two of five celebs involved in a fight during filming with former Big Brother housemate Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, recent CBB housemate Jenna Jameson and guest panelist Vicki Michelle also on the show.
Now what happened as the show went off hasn't been confirmed - despite countless cameras filming - with everyone involved giving slightly different versions of events that have variously included champagne, glasses and even chairs being thrown at people.
Yesterday it was revealed that both Farrah and Janice had been issued official police cautions, with more investigations into other allegations ongoing.
"As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault," a spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police commented.
They went on: "Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22."
"Enquiries in connection with another assault allegation continue, therefore it would be inappropriate to comment further at this time."
Afterwards a spokesperson for Farrah has told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Farrah is taking a civil lawsuit against Janice for the back and neck injuries she caused Farrah."
At the weekend, Farrah claimed she would be pressing charges against Aisleyne, posting the below snap to Twitter.
