Big Brother 2015 will see a new creative director in control and he says he's got some "big ideas".
Let's hope a return of Live Feed is number one on that list...
He's no stranger to BBUK having previously worked as a producer on the show as far back as when it was on Channel 4.
Speaking to Broadcast, O'Connor teased he had "some big ideas in the pipeline" for the upcoming summer runs of the show but was keeping them all the secret for now.
The new series of Big Brother is reported to begin next month on Channel 5 but as yet there's been no official confirmation of the new series' start date.
Whenever BB does kick off it'll be followed straight after by a new series of Celebrity Big Brother which has been tipped to have a UK v US theme.
Last month, Channel 5 announced that it had renewed the rights to the format for a further three years.
It means there will be at least NINE more series with C5 playing some £40 million a year for the show.
