Celebrity Big Brother's Michelle Visage says RuPaul's Drag Race UK WILL happen

Celebrity Big Brother's Michelle Visage has said that a UK version of RuPaul's Drag Race IS happening.

The American reality telly judge, who appears on the US version, confirmed plans for a UK spin-off.

After finishing fifth in the CBB final last week, Michelle said: "We are working ferociously to make that happen with Jonathan Ross and some other people.

"I guarantee it's going to happen."

Michelle is clearly keen to launch herself here in the UK after her stint inside the Celebrity Big Brother house and also reckons she could host Bit On The Side.

"If I could do it with Rylan Clark, absolutely," Michelle said, "Imagine the fabulousness!"

The 46-year-old went on to reaffirm her love of all things British, saying: "Every American says, 'I love the UK, I'm an Anglophile' but I truly am.

"I would love to be a presenter in this country because there isn't a strong American female over here."

Meanwhile, Michelle spoke out about Katie Price's CBB win but was a lot less hostile than pal Katie Hopkins.

"I'm not going to say I wasn't gutted that Katie [Price] was the first person to say, 'I don't deserve this!' But I love her after getting to know her."
