Some viewers have accused the show of 'fixing' the final result last week for Katie P, who triumphed over Katie Hopkins in the pubic poll.
With some £500,000 being spent on getting Katie P into the house, fans have suggested that the former glamour model was 'always going to win'.
A spokesperson for Ofcom said: "All the complaints for Celebrity Big Brother are under assessment.
"If any complaints are made that a viewer thinks the show is fixed, they will be assessed and then we will decide whether to investigate."
A total of more than 3,000 complaints were made throughout the latest series of CBB with only one show from the last week not seeing at least ten people writing into Ofcom.
Spin-off show Bit On The Side has also been the focus of disgruntled viewers with 12 complaining over last Wednesday's instalment.
The last series of Big Brother on Channel 5 in the summer had almost 4,000 complaints including almost 500 over Helen Wood's win, again with claims of a fix.
It made the programme the most complained about of the year however Ofcom rejected almost every single complaint, including more than 1,500 about one specific episode alone.
Only 12 objections were investigated and it led to Channel 5 getting a telling off... for airing the word "piss" in a daytime repeat when children may have been watching.
