Emma Willis is to quit Big Brother spin-off show Bit On The Side with immediate effect, it's being reported.
Our pals over at BBSpy say that Emma will leave her hosting duties on the weeknightly series from this evening.
Rylan Clark will take over from Emma full time as she focuses on fronting the main Channel 5 show.
A spokesperson said: “Emma Willis will host her last episode of Bit On The Side tonight. We’d like to thank Emma for being a huge part of BOTS for the last four years. Emma continues as the main host of Big Brother”
No reason has been given for the sudden change but Emma said previously she was keen not to "over expose" herself.
As well as her role on The Voice, Emma also makes appearances on ITV's This Morning and fronts BBC One's primetime Saturday night talent show The Voice, as well as new game show Prized Apart.
"Of course I don’t want to be over exposed, which is why my management try to pick things that are right for me," Emma explained last year. “With The Voice, I wanted to be involved in the show because I love music and reality TV.
“The Voice is on at the same as Celebrity Big Brother, but then form March until June I won’t be on the telly – so I’ll give you all a break!”
And Emma vowed never to quit Big Brother completely, saying: “I’m not going anywhere! I don’t plan to Leave Big Brother any time soon – they’ll have to get rid of me!”
For now, Emma will be back on our screens tonight with Rylan Clark from 8PM with a marathon THREE HOURS of Big Brother.
It all starts with a live bombshell twist from 8PM.
