Celebrity Big Brother 2014 posted its best figures since launch night yesterday.
A 90 minute live twist, which saw Leslie Jordan voted 'Star of the Show' by the public, interested some 2 million viewers.
After the usual one hour highlights, Leslie had to select two other housemates to live on Big Brother's celebrity scrap heap in the garden, where they must stay and live, eating scraps of food, until further notice.
His choices of Frenchy and Gary Busey caused rows, with Gary eventually being saved due to medical reasons.
An average audience of 1.99 million watched between 9PM and 10:30PM, down just 300,000 viewers on Monday night's live launch.
It's down some 500,000 viewers on January's first Friday show but down only 60,000 on last year's equivalent episode.
Meanwhile, Channel 4's new singing show The Singer Takes it All drew its lowest audience to date as it clashed with CBB.
Just 0.7 million tuned for the last episode in the series, but the Alan Carr-fronted music show will be back with a new run later in the year.
CBB airs nightly on Channel 5.
