The Big Brother 2014 winner has been revealed, as Helen Wood was crowned the new BBUK champion.

Tonight saw the final six face the music as viewers voted for their winner.

Earlier tonight, Emma Willis began to reveal the results, starting with the a joint announcement of the sixth and fifth placed housemate after the first voting freeze.

With the two fewest votes, Pav Paul and Chris R Wright left in sixth and fifth place respectively.

Pav told Emma: "I'm just so overwhelmed and so shocked.

Chris added: "I've gone so much further in this than I ever thought I would."

Model As Harrison got the boot next, saying to Emma: "It feels brilliant, I'd rather be first but I'll take fourth any day!"

Christopher Hall finished in third spot, saying in his exit interview he felt "amazing", adding: "I love it, it's all good, nothing to complain about!"

It left rivals Helen Wood and Ashleigh Coyle going head to head in the first ever all female final in BBUK history.

In a tense final announcement, Emma revealed that Helen had received the most votes and was the winner of the show... and the £100,000 prize.

There was just 1.2% between the girls in the final vote, making it one of the closest BB results ever.

As runner up, a hyper Ashleigh spoke to Emma first and reacted: "WHAT?! This is the happiest you've seen me all series!"

After her exit from the house to fireworks but boos, Helen sat down with Emma for her exit interview as this year's BBUK winner.

Speaking after her triumph, Helen joked: "I'm still waiting for someone to say it's a lie, Ashleigh was the winner!"
