With just days before the final, Helen separated herself from the group who were talking outside to have quite the weep.
When Pav eventually noticed she had gone missing and he found her in tears, Helen told him: "I just don't know what's wrong with me. I just feel like s**t, like s**t. 'Cause I do.
"I feel so f**king inadequate and f**king stupid. I'm used to feeling embarrassed by my behaviour all the time but not on this fucking scale, I'm not used to it."
Worried about the public's reaction to her when she finally leaves after ten weeks on Friday, Helen continued: "Just because I swear and shout sometimes doesn't mean to say that I want all the attention on me, it isn't the case, I feel like I've come across like that."
She added: "It's totally against my character, I am not someone who makes people feel left out and I don't push people away."
Pav encouraged her: "Don't worry about how you're being perceived.. just worry about yourself, you can change how you're feeling about yourself.
"This environment changes who you are, you're not this person outside, focus on that."
