BBUK's Steven Goode has spoken out about Kimberly Kisselovich's pregnancy.

It was revealed yesterday that the mystery illness that saw Kimberly leave the house was an ectopic pregnancy, where a fertilized egg begins to grow outside of the womb.

“In the past 24 hours I’ve had a diagnosis from the doctor and he’s sure that I have had an ectopic pregnancy,” Kimberly said. “That’s why I had so much pain in my pelvic area which I thought was an infection.

“The doctor said that with the time frame it was definitely Steven’s."

Reacting to the news today, Steven blasted medics who had originally failed to diagnose the issue.

The Daily Star reports that Kimberly had been treated by Big Brother's own medical team for a pelvic infection.

However she was eventually rushed out of the house to hospital in pain.

Steven said: “I just can’t believe that after having sex in the house there could have been a child.”

A spokesperson for Big Brother said: “Housemates’ welfare is our main priority and we applied that to Kimberly.”

Speaking yesterday, Kimberly added: "The doctor has said that there’s a chance I won’t be able to have children.

“I’m trying to keep positive because we don’t know for certain.”

She later wrote on Twitter: "Thank you for all your support. It means a lot #bbkimberly #BigBrother #support"
