Steven Goode has been evicted in tonight's Big Brother 2014 results, becoming the latest housemate to leave the house.

This week had seen the Power return to the house after Ashleigh Coyle was voted by the public to become the new Power housemate last Sunday.

She formed the Power Alliance, picking Chris R Wright and Mark Byron to join her in Power, who went on to secretly nominate Steven Goode, Ash Harrison, Pav Paul and Zoe Birkett for the chop.

But in a controversial twist, one of the nominated housemates got the chance to save themselves before picking one of the Power Alliance to replace them: The four nominated housemates chose to save Ash before selecting Ashleigh to join them in facing eviction.

The switcheroo didn't change the outcome however as Steven was given the axe by the public this evening.

During the live show, host Emma Willis went live to the house twice, first revealing that the housemate with the fewest votes and safe was Zoe.

Emma later returned to the house to announce that the housemate with the most votes and the latest to be evicted was Steven.

He reacted: "I knew it guys! I'm going to go to the top of them stairs and rock it."

He told a crying Helen: "I'm going to be absolutely fine, don't fall to pieces, stay strong."

As he left the house, businessman Steven was greeted by boos and chants of 'two Second Steve'.
