Big Brother 2014 spoilers: Outrage at unfair nominations twist

Big Brother Summer 2014

Big Brother fans have blasted show bosses after a shock nominations twist last night.

Last night the secret Power Alliance of Ashleigh Coyle, Chris R Wright and Mark Byron was revealed to the house.

As was the group's last nomination for Zoe Birkett, alongside Ash Harrison, Steven Goode and Pav Paul.

But a big twist saw Ash saved and Ashleigh end up facing the public vote alongside the other three.

It's despite BB previously reassuring the Power Alliance that they would be immune from eviction this week.

While Big Brother can of course change the rules at time, the fact that Ashleigh was voted into the Power by the public has meant the decision has angered a LOT of viewers.

Not to mention that the ridiculous twist has already been done before this series when Toya and Matthew were in joint Power back in week three.

“#bbuk make up the rules as they go along and it's a disgrace! All power hm were told they're safe from eviction now Ashleigh is up!” one fan tweeted yesterday evening.

Another added: “I can't believe BB fed Ashleigh to the wolves again, They are actually pathetic."

And even Bit On The Side host Rylan Clark was left annoyed, tweeting: "WTF?? Why am I getting tweets saying Ashleigh is up??? She's immune isn't she?”

Our pals over at BBSpy put it more bluntly, writing: "This series of Big Brother is an absolute abomination. The producers are taking the public for mugs. The sooner it's over the better #bbuk"

And on our previous article about the twist, many commented to complain with Tom saying: "Ridiculous! Surely Ashleigh should've been saved from them choosing her because she was voted by the public! BB want her out!"

Ben added: "What a surprise. BB found another way to save Helen's crew and destroy any chance of Ashleigh being in the final. I hate BB when its this unfair"

Tune in to Big Brother 2014 tonight at 10PM on Channel 5 for all the house action.
