Big Brother 2014 newbies left isolated after nominations twist

Big Brother Summer 2014

New BBUK housemates Zoe Birkett and Pavandeep Paul have been left isolated in the house today.

It follows this week's Power Alliance nominations twist which yesterday saw ex housemates returned to the house.

One at a time Biannca, Danielle and Matthew entered the Small Task Room. Each was wearing a hidden earpiece and was able to hear Ashleigh Coyle and her accomplices in the Diary Room.

The discussions saw the Alliance end up putting both Pav and Zoe up for the axe.

During the talks, Danielle warned the group: “You have to watch out for Pav, he’s a serious game player. Ashleigh, he’s infatuated with you. Watch your back, he is in there to win. You need to watch out.”

She added of Zoe: “Don’t trust her, she knows what she’s doing. She’s paying up to the cameras, put them both up.”

Matthew echoed the comments and it went against the two new entrants.

Ashleigh reacted: “I will not be sitting near Pav again.”

Once the Power Alliance and nominations were revealed to the house, the newbies found themselves isolated as Mark told the house about what the evicted contestants had said about them.

Speaking to Helen, Ash and Steven, he explained: "Because it was Matthew, I had to listen to it and I treated it as gospel."

Helen agreed: "There's something about Matthew saying it, he's so straight talking.

"Can you imagine what he's felt watching, Pav has tried to prey on you this week, he'd be going bananas."

Left alone, in the garden, Pav told Zoe: "They're not talking to me right now, they're just dismissing me, they're not talking to me."

He added: "If I don't go this Friday, I'm going to be up next Friday after what Matt said."

Tune in to Big Brother 2014 tonight at 10PM on Channel 5 for all the house action.
