An average audience of 1.2 million tuned in to last night's Big Brother 2014.
Ratings for the show are still struggling compared to last year, although the most recent episodes have seen a slight rise in viewers.
1.16 million watched last night's latest installment, with more viewers on Channel 5+1 bringint the total above 1.2 million.
But while up on the previous Friday's show, it was some 20% down last year's equivalent eviction which managed an an average audience of 1.6 million viewers.
So far this year the series has averaged 1.2 million viewers compared to last year's average of 1.5 million
In a bid to win back viewers, next week sees a week long Armageddon twist which will involve a surprise eviction and three new housemates.
