Sam Faiers' mum has admitted she's worried about her daughter in Celebrity Big Brother 2014.
Earlier this week Sam was treated by doctors in the Diary Room while on Friday she was taken to hospital for further tests due to illness.
Sam's mum Sue said today: "If she was at a stage where she needed to get out then I would want her to go. Nothing should come before her health."
She told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "I could see last week how unwell she looked. It's a mother's instinct. It's not been nice to see what she's been going through.
"I know she's a grown woman but she's still my baby, so when I can't get to her it is heartbreaking. I don't think she was feeling herself from the start. But I know producers are looking after her."
Sue added to the newspaper this morning: "She had such a heavy workload in the run-up to Christmas.
"She's a hard worker, so when she went in the house and switched off her body couldn't cope. She went into shutdown.
"It's not used to that and the food she's been eating isn't what she's used to, which hasn't helped. Her body has had a reaction to it all.
"She's isn't going to be happy this has happened. It couldn't have happened at a worse time. She's a fighter but she'd say if she needed to get out."
A spokesperson for Celebrity Big Brother commented: "Sam left the house [Friday] morning to attend an appointment with a consultant for an ongoing medical concern.
"Whilst out of the house she was accompanied at all times by a member of Endemol staff who ensured contact with the outside world remained at a minimum."
Yesterday saw Sam's mum enter the BB house as part of a task which saw the housemates have to freeze on the sound of a giant grandfather clock while Big Brother tried his best to distract them.
