Celebrity Big Brother 2014 results: Who was evicted? Linda Nolan leaves

Linda Nolan has become the fifth housemate to be evicted after being voted off in tonight's Celebrity Big Brother 2014 results.

Tonight's show saw the latest eviction of the series with five of the remaining celebrity contestants up for the axe.

On Wednesday night following Liz Jones' eviction, the housemates nominated for the latest time and it was face to face.

With the most votes from their fellow celebrity contestants, singer Linda, comic Jim Davidson, Made In Chelsea's Ollie Locke, Apprentice star Luisa Zissman and Blue band member Lee Ryan faced the public vote.

It was the fifth eviction in a row that Jim had faced while the fourth time Luisa was up but only the first eviction that Linda had experienced this series.

In this evening's live instalment the housemate with the fewest votes found themselves being chucked out a week before the final.

Earlier in the evening lines were frozen and host Emma Willis announced that with the most votes so far, but in no particular order, Jim and Ollie had been saved.

When Emma returned she announced that with the least votes, Linda had been evicted.

The Nolan singer had been the favourite to go and left the house to boos from the live crowd, although they were still chanting to get Luisa out too.

Speaking to Emma after her exit, Linda blasted "game player Jim Davidson: "Jim went to a really low place in our argument by bringing in my husband who is dead. I lost my husband and he went below the belt and that's what the whole problem was."

But she insisted: "I don't hate Jim. I don't like him. I won't be his friend when I leave the house and I'm sure he's the same. That's fine."
