Jim Davidson has spoken about being involved with the Jimmy Savile investigation.
The comic had been arrested in January of last year over claims of historic sexual abuse.
The arrest had ruled him out of entering Celebrity Big Brother that year and saw the comic forced to spend thousands on defending himself.
Police confirmed last summer that Jim would be facing no further action over the claims.
In tonight's show, Jim is talking about his legal fees whilst being involved with the ‘Jimmy Saville’ case to Linda and Liz.
Jim says: “My legal fees were well into three figures.”
He asks: “Well I had nothing to do with underage sex but why arrest me with the Jimmy Saville squad, do you know what I mean, you wouldn’t wish that on your worst enemy which is me.”
Linda agrees: “Absolutely not, it was you know, it started becoming a witch hunt.”
Elsewhere in this evening's show and Luisa Zissman has a change of heart about Jim after watching him and Linda in secret as part of this week's task.
She says: "I think she’s [Linda] looks like a moaning, bitter, woman. Jim comes across as really funny. I really like Linda and I dislike Jim but really Jim’s a lot more entertaining to watch.”
Lee agrees: “I told you that did I, he’s funny!”
Celebrity Big Brother airs tonight on Channel 5 from 9PM.
