Big Brother housemate Daley Ojuederie has revealed he might face criminal charges over the incident between him and Hazel O’Sullivan.
Daley was booted out of the Big Brother UK house earlier this year after grabbing Hazel's neck in a late night play fight that turned nasty, threatening to "nut" her.
The local Police force became involved and questioned Daley about the 'fight' earlier this year.
The boxer tweeted yesterday: “Could be getting charged for common assault.”
Speaking after his exit, Daley complained that his treatment was unfair.
He said: “It’s out of order. Hazel is as much to blame over what happened."
And Daley added: “What annoyed me was Hazel pulled down my pants that night and nothing happened to her. "
Discussing the incident after her own exit through the front door, Hazel stood by her comments in the Diary Room about feeling threatened, but admitted she didn't expect Daley to be kicked out of the house.
"There was a lot of drink involved," she said. “We were in the dark. I couldn’t see what was happening and I did feel threatened.
“When Big Brother stepped in Daley got a bit heated about being called out. The full picture hasn’t been shown."
