The pair will be hosting new spin-off series Bit On The Side alongside Emma Willis, who this year is fronting the main show.
It's arguably the pair's biggest gig in their presenting careers and so it's not surprise to hear they're rather scared about this evening's first live show.
"We're nervous, we're excited, we nervcited," Rylan said. "But that's a good thing to be. I just can't wait to get my teeth stuck in now.
Meanwhile, speaking about what they wanted to see from the housemates this year, AJ said: "I'm wanting to see twins again, real feisty ones or identical hotties, girls or boys!"
Rylan added: "I just want people who aren't afraid to say anything. They're not there to carve a career, but just here to have a laugh and say what they think and not worry about it."
Thee duo insisted even they were being kept in the dark about a lot of the secrets and twists planned for the series, but Rylan did tease: "Big Brother won't be only one with secrets!"
Big Brother starts tonight on Channel 5 at 9PM.
