New Big Brother 2013 host Emma Willis has confessed she didn't immediately accept the offer to front the main show.
Bit On The Side host Emma will replace Brian Dowling when the show returns next month for its fourteenth series.
But taking over from her best pal - and cutting back on her hours on the spin-off show - meant Emma didn't jump at the chance to front the live evictions on Channel 5.
"When they called me, I was on a mini break with [my husband] Matt and I just started screaming," Emma said.
"I needed time to think about it though. I wondered if I could do it, I knew if I take the job it's meant Brian would no longer have it, and didn't know if I could give up Bit On The Side.
"That's show is every night of my life for three months and I love it so much. I would do that job for free."
We're sure Channel 5 wouldn't object to that...
Emma did eventually accept the job, and admitted she doesn't regret it... yet!
"In the end I thought, 'What is wrong with you? Say yes'," Emma added.
She also revealed: "Davina McCall sent her congratulations. It's nice to know I have her blessing."
