Celebrity Big Brother 2013's first eviction managed to attract less than 2.3 million viewers last night.
Model Paula Hamilton was booted out to on one's surprise in the Celebrity Big Brother 2013 eviction results, with Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and Frankie Dettori avoiding the axe.
A twist then saw Heidi and Spencer 'leave' the house and return to a newly glammed out basement where they could spy on the other housemates.
And that was followed by face to face nominations, with Sam Robertson and Ryan Moloney being put up for the axe.
But all the action only attracted 2.27 million viewers to Channel 5 between 9PM and 10:30PM.
The audience peaked with 2.8 million at 10PM as host Brian Dowling announced the result.
Spin off show Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side lost a million viewers on that lead in with 954,000 watching Emma Willis grill Paula.
This series of Celebrity Big Brother has had a few ups and downs in the ratings so far.
Its launch was the most watched since the first series on Channel 5 back in 2011, but with big names lacking around half of the viewers tuned out of the next episode.
Since then however the ratings have seemingly stabilised, with around 2 million viewers tuning in every night.
