Rumours that Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan is heading in to the Celebrity Big Brother 2013 house have gained traction after it emerged that she will be spending New Year's in London.
The 26-year-old was linked to the show last week by The Daily Star, who suggested that she'd told producers to 'come and get her'.
Now celebrity gossip website TMZ claims that Lindsay has flown to the UK for her New Year's Eve celebrations - which will involve a quiet booze-free dinner with family and friends.
This news has prompted speculation that she will indeed become a housemate in Celeb BB's new series, which begins on Thursday.
The Mean Girls star is understood to be looking for money to pay her outstanding tax bills, which amount to hundreds of thousands of dollars - and, if the offer's right, a CBB appearance could easily clear her debts.
The highest fee for a single celeb in the show's history is believed to be £500,000 ($808,000), which X Factor twins Jedward reportedly EACH earned for the 2011 series - netting them a combined £1million.
Other celebs said to have signed up include Rylan Clark, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, and soap actors Ryan Moloney and Gillian Taylforth.
