Cheryl Fergison has been evicted in tonight's second Celebrity Big Brother 2012 eviction.
Cheryl faced the chop against Prince Lorenzo, Coleen, The Situation and Julian this week after the celebrity housemates nominated for the second time on Wednesday night.
Earlier in this evening's live show, host Brian Dowling had revealed that The Situation and Julian had, in no particular order, received the most votes and were safe.
Later, Brian revealed Coleen received the most votes of the remaining three and was therefore also safe, before announcing that Cheryl had received the fewest votes.
Bookies had made US star The Situation the favourite to be evicted, while TellyMix readers had tipped the Prince to leave over the others, meaning it was a shock to see Cheryl go.
The ex-Eastenders star, an early favourite to win, took the news on the chin and insisted she didn't want any hugs goodbye as she left the house to cheers this evening.
Upon leaving the Big Brother house Cheryl told host Brian Dowling: “I am so chuffed. I thought I would go a bit further.” Cheryl revealed that she went into the house with some preconceived ideas about Julie and thinks that there is an age divide in the house.
The actress would like Julian or Martin to go on to win the show and hopes that 'Charlie Brown' AKA The Situation will be the next housemate to be evicted on Wednesday.
