But things got rough in the press when Cheryl hit back at the claims on Twitter, and started legal proceedings against both him and the magazine.
"These things are personal," Harvey said. "The whole situation hurt me, to be honest, but I'm not going in the house to disrespect any woman."
Meanwhile fellow CBB housemate Rhian has revealed that the Vernon Kay sexting scandal ruined her life.
