Celebrity MasterChef started its seventeenth series last week with all-star line-up of famous faces preparing to battle it out for the 2022 Celebrity MasterChef title.

Judges John Torode MBE and Gregg Wallace are back to put the celebs to the ultimate culinary test across six weeks.

This week’s second of four heats will feature TV presenter and musician Gareth Malone, former world boxing champion Chris Eubank, actor Cliff Parisi, musician Mel Blatt and reality star MoJo.

In their first challenge in tonight’s episode they’ll each be faced with a cloche, underneath which is an ingredient. Each celebrity has a different ingredient and must create one dish showcasing that ingredient to demonstrate to the judges they have potential.

Next, the five celebs take on the latest Street Food Challenge.

The celebrities will be presented with a street food dish that is popular throughout Canada, which they must taste and then try to identify the ingredients that are in it.

With no recipe, they’ll have to use their instincts to replicate the dish from scratch.

Lastly, the contestants are asked to prepare their Dinner Party Dish – something they would cook to impress if someone was coming round to eat.

At the end of the three challenges one celebrity will head home while the remaining four will continue to the next stage of the week’s heat.

Celebrity MasterChef 2022 continues this week on Tuesday, 16 August at 8PM, Thursday, 18 August at 8PM and Friday, 19 August at 9PM.
