Strictly Come Dancing's Kelvin Fletcher has admitted he's seriously struggling with his next dance.
The actor is one of the favourites to win this year's series and has wowed the judges most weeks so far.
But his latest routine is proving to be the most difficult yet.
This Saturday night will see Kelvin and pro partner Oti Mabuse dance the Viennese Waltz to Say Something by A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera.
Speaking from rehearsals, Kelvin admitted: “I was sick for the first time on Monday.
"That has always been my biggest fear with anything ballroom. With the waltz, especially the Viennese Waltz , it looks so beautiful and effortless and flows."
He told the Strictly Come Dancing Official Podcast: "But the spins, they look so stunning but I fear them because the minute I start spinning my head goes and on Monday I was in the toilet and it wasn’t pretty.”
Kelvin went on to reveal he had been handed a secret aid by fellow contestant Mike Bushell.
He explained: “Travel sickness tablets. Mike mentioned that I should take them. I might have to give that a go.”
Bookies BoyleSports currently make Kelvin the 4/5 odds-on favourite to skip off with the Glitterball trophy come the end of the series.
However he isn't short of competition after the latest round of performances last weekend.
Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Alex Scott and Michelle Visage are showing signs of improvement and their outside odds of a couple of weeks age are a thing of the past with growing confidence that one of them can spring a Strictly shock.”
The remaining ten couples will take to the dancefloor this weekend when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 2nd November at 7PM on BBC One.
The the next results show is on Sunday 3rd November at 7.15PM.
