True Love or True Lies: How to watch online and catch up on past series and episodes

True Love or True Lies is on air now and here’s how to watch and catch up on the latest episodes online.

The reality show first made its debut in 2018 and season 2 is currently airing on MTV.

Hosted by Dani Dyer, True Love or True Lies sees several supposedly loved-up couples shipped off to a luxury location where they face a series of relationship tests.

However, not all of the romances are real, and the couples will have to work out which ones are genuine. The statuses of the couples are also kept secret from viewers, allowing them to play along.

At the end of each episode all the couples must vote out another couple they think is lying. Get it right and the prize fund increases by £10,000 but vote out a real couple and the extra cash is lost.

True Love or True Lies airs Monday to Friday nights at 9PM on MTV.

If you’re not near a TV, you can watch episodes live as they air via NOW TV or MTV Play app.
