Kelvin Fletcher has revealed the secrets behind his Strictly Come Dancing success.
Despite not being a part of the original cast, Kelvin has quickly become a favourite and is currently tipped to win the series.
However his top marks from the judges - which have already included the first tens of the series - haven't come about by chance.
In a new interview, Kelvin has shared how he's been training for 12 hours a day to help nail the routines.
Speaking to GQ magazine, Kelvin told how he eats around 3,000 calories a day and pairs his dance training with 90 minute workouts in the gym from 5AM.
And he confessed it had been "challenging" finding time to spend with his family.
"By the time I get home I've missed bath time and story time – that's a challenging thing," he said ."Every night I'm getting home late.
"I miss my 7pm tea – dinner, whatever you call your evening meal – and I'll have it at 10.30pm at night."
Last weekend saw Kelvin oozed masculinity with a sensational rumba that has seen his odds of winning cut yet again.
Bruno Tonioli called the soap star’s hips “weapons of devastating effect” before he went on to score 36 points making him the clear favourite.
Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Kelvin Fletcher has really impressed the fans and the judges in this series of Strictly Come Dancing, and he is now 5/6 from 5/4."
This weekend, Kelvin and pro partner Oti Mabuse will dance the Cha Cha Cha to Get Stupid by Aston Merrygold.
Strictly Come Dancing 2019's live shows continue this Saturday at 6:40PM on BBC One.
This weekend, Bruno Tonioli will be replaced by guest judge, US actor Alfonso Ribeiro.
The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air star previously won the US version of Strictly, Dancing With The Stars, in 2014.
The results show is on Sunday at 7.15pm on BBC One as another celebrity is sent home.
