Current Strictly Come Dancing 2019 favourites revealed ahead of latest live show

Strictly Come Dancing 2019 - TX3 LIVE SHOW

Kelvin Fletcher is currently the one to beat on Strictly Come Dancing 2019.

This Saturday night will see the fourth live show of the new series.

Kelvin Fletcher will go into this weekend’s instalment of Strictly Come Dancing as the strong favourite with the majority of punters, who have backed him this week in significant numbers to go on and win the glitterball trophy.

Thirteen celebrities remain after the early exits of James Cracknell and Anneka Rice, but it’s the former Emmerdale star who is the pick of the bunch, closing into hot odds of 5/4 with bookmakers BoyleSports having started the series out at 7/1.

With top scores in weeks one and three, Kelvin has been earmarked as the one to beat, however there has also been support for DJ Dev Griffin, whose street dance last week saw him gambled into 9/1 from 16/1.

Michelle Visage is also catching the eye and her original odds of 28/1 have plummeted all the way into 7/1 making her the third favourite to skip off with the top prize.

Karim Zeroual was the original favourite but a downturn in support for the CBBC presenter means he has been eased to 3/1 from 6/4 and overtaken by Kelvin in the list of likely winners.

Lawrence Lyons, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Punters have a good look at this year’s contestants now and Kelvin Fletcher is the one who has really captured the imagination.

"If the money continues to come in, he will soon be an odds-on shot even at this early stage and those who got him at 7/1 before week one will be the ones dancing if he obliges.”
