Collabro announce new tour and record deal ahead of Britain’s Got Talent return

Britain’s Got Talent stars Collabro have announced a new record deal and tour.

It comes as the group prepare to return to the show for the new Champions spin-off.

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions sees acts from the past 13 years of BGT as well as other Got Talent series from across the world compete to be named the ultimate champion.

Collabro are one of the confirmed acts to be taking part.

The musical theatre boyband won the show in 2014 and have since enjoyed a string of successful albums and tours.

This week they announced to fans they had signed a new record deal with BMG which will see the release of new album Love Like This which you can pre-order here. The album will be released on 15 November 2019.

Alongside the album, the group have announced the Love Like This tour in 2020.

Performances will begin in Aylesbury on Friday 2 October 2020, and take in a total of 23 cities before concluding in Carlisle on 31 October 2020.

Tickets for the new tour will be available from 10:00 on Friday 13 September 2019.

The group posted to social media: “After 5 incredible years together, we’re proud to announce we’ve signed a major new record deal with @BMG.

“We’ll be releasing our 5th album #LoveLikeThis on 15th November this year, and we’re going back out on tour in 2020.”

As yet it’s not been confirmed when Collabro will appear on the Champions version of Britain’s Got Talent.

This week’s heat will feature the return of the first comedian to ever win BGT, Lost Voice Guy, along with Alesha’s golden buzzer from series 11, dance group Mersey Girls and series 5 winner, singer Jai McDowall. We also welcome back choir 100 Voices of Gospel and acrobatic duo Gao Lin & Liu Xin.

Joining them are Italy’s Got Talent’s singer-pianist Antonio Sorgentone, America’s Got Talent’s danger act Deadly Games and British ventriloquist Paul Zerdin who previously won the American show.

Plus we welcome Alexa Lauenburger, who won the German version of Got Talent in 2017 with her eight dogs.

Britain’s Got Talent will continue Saturday night at 8:30PM on ITV.
