The six-part All Stars spin-off is back tonight with its second heat.

However unlike the main show, there’s no vote for viewers on Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions.

Instead of a direct public vote, a group of “superfans” in the audience will vote for their favourite act.

They’re made up of 250 people selected to represent the public, according to judge Amanda Holden.

She explained on Heart Radio: “There are 250 people in the audience that have the opportunity to vote, there are 10,000 actually watching the show at Wembley, but 250 people producers picked to represent the public.”

In each heat, the superfans will vote one of the nine competing acts through to the final.

They’ll be joined by a golden buzzer act chosen by one of the judges or hosts Ant and Dec.

Amanda was first to use the golden buzzer last week, choosing Ukrainian sand performance artist Kseniya Simonova. Amanda said: “I’m a complete mess. The whole message was very uplifting and very emotional.”

Kseniya went through alongside American father and daughter daredevil duo Bello and Annaliese Nock who topped the first superfan vote.

Former BGT acts dance troupe Boogie Storm and dog act Ashleigh & Sully finished in second and third place of the vote respectively.

This weekend’s heat sees the return of the first comedian to ever win BGT, Lost Voice Guy, along with Alesha’s golden buzzer from series 11, dance group Mersey Girls and series 5 winner, singer Jai McDowall.

We also welcome back choir 100 Voices of Gospel, acrobatic duo Gao Lin & Liu Xin Italy’s Got Talent’s Antonio Sorgentone, America’s Got Talent’s Deadly Games and British ventriloquist Paul Zerdin who previously won the American show, plus German dog act Alexa Lauenburger.

Britain’s Got Talent 2019 airs at 8:30PM on ITV tonight.
