Here’s tonight’s Britain’s Got Talent 2019 semi-final line up with the contestants performing on Wednesday’s live show.

This evening will see the third live show of the series as another eight acts perform live before the public vote opens.

Each night eight of the final 40 semi-finalists will perform live in the hope of impressing viewers at home and winning the all-important public vote.

Two acts from each night’s show will make it into the live final on Sunday 2 June, with a chance of winning a life changing £250,000 and a spot at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.

But this year it won’t just be down to the viewers. The act with the highest public vote will automatically go into the final while the judges will decide between the second and third placed acts as to who will join them.

CHAPTER 13

Amanda’s golden buzzer, Chapter 13 are a band made up of 14-year-old Jacob, 15-year-old Noah, 15-year-old Tom and 15-year-old Jake.

They say: “We are ready to show Amanda that she made the right decision,” adding of their semi-final plans: “It’s more than a performance, it’s a connection that we aim to make with our generation!”

 

KOJO ANIM

Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer, Kojo Anim is a 38-year-old stand up comedian from London.

Kojo confesses: “I was quite calm, but as it gets closer I’m a bit nervous, especially now I’ve seen how amazing the other acts are. It’s starting to get a bit real but I’m excited as these are the types of venues I’m hoping to be performing more on in the future. You can expect to hear more relatable stories and a chance to share my culture with a new audience. I hope the crowd enjoys what I’ve got planned. ”

Angels Inc. are a group of magical dancers from The Netherlands.

“We are super excited, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity!” say Angels Inc of making the live final. “Expect to be blown away by even more female power than you saw at our first audition.”

COLIN THACKERY

Colin Thackery is a 89-year-old singer from London.

Says Colin:I’m looking forward to having the opportunity to stand in front of the judges again, and sing for the other Chelsea Pensioners, my friends and family. All I’ve ever wanted to do throughout this competition is sing, and that is what you can expect! It was incredibly moving to see the responses from the public to my performance, and I hope that my next performance will prove to be equally rousing.”

 

GOMONOV KNIFE SHOW

The Gomonov Knife Show is a knife throwing duo made up of Andrei Gomonov and Daria Sheremet from Belarus.

Says Andrei: “I am delighted that we are through to the Semi-Finals. I am very happy about it and can’t wait to bring something new to the judges and the British public. Expect more dangerous tricks, new props, and fire!”

JOHN ARCHER

John Archer

John Archer is a 58-year-old comedy magician from Stockton-On-Tees.

“I am very excited about the Semi-Finals. Performing at The London Palladium was a big tick off the bucket list, but performing live at The Apollo, which is also such a great historical venue, just makes it even more unbelievable!” says John. “I have decided to ‘up’ the difficulty of the magic for the Semi-Final and if that’s not difficult enough, I’ve got to try and stay funny while I do it.”

 

ROB KING

Rob King is a 28-year-old singer from Manchester.

“I can’t wait for the Semi-Finals. It’s obviously daunting and way beyond my comfort zone, but I’m ready to give it my all and show the judges and the nation what I can do,” says Rob. “My next performance is going to be a twist on a familiar song. It’s going to be big, dramatic, and a little different.”

 

KNE

KNE are a five piece dancing and singing act from Milton Keynes, Bedford and Ealing

They said: “We are all so excited for the Live Semi-Finals of Britain’s Got Talent this year! It has been a dream since KNE began and to be living that dream now is unbelievable. The chance to perform in front of the royal family is out of this world and we will fight with everything we have got to make it happen!”

It’s quite a varied selection of acts and we’ve no idea which two will be voted into the final!

As well as performances from the acts, each night will also see a guest performer as the semi-finalists wait to find out if they are one step closer to being crowned winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2019.

Appearing on tonight’s show will be X Factor winner James Arthur.

Britain’s Got Talent 2019 airs tonight LIVE from 7:30PM on ITV with the results at 9:30PM.

The live semi-finals air all week until Friday before the final on Sunday, June 2.
