Dani Dyer is set to host the second series of MTV's True Love or True Lies.
The reality show made its debut in 2018 as real and fake couples went head-to-head for a minimum £50,000 prize.
True Love or True Lies sees several supposedly loved-up couples shipped off to sunny Tuscany in Italy, where they face a series of relationship tests.
However, not all of the romances will be real, and the couples will have to work out which ones are genuine. The statuses of the couples are also kept secret from viewers, allowing them to play along.
At the end of each episode all the couples must vote out another couple they think is lying. Get it right and the prize fund increases by £10,000 but vote out a real couple and the extra cash is lost.
The first series was hosted by Maya Jama with voice over from Dani's dad Danny Dyer.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “She’s [Dani] just finished shooting the series and it will air later this year. Dani wants to make her mark on TV again and having this presenting gig under her belt will hopefully lead to bigger things.
“True Love Or True Lies is a dating show very much like Love Island so Dani is the perfect fit.”
A new 12 part series was commissioned last month from Lime Pictures, the company behind The Only Way Is Essex and Celebs Go Dating.
The first series last year was won by Liv & Lou who were voted for the majority of the contestants as the strongest couple in the final.
However the pair, who shared a £90,000 prize pot, were revealed to be in a fake relationship.
Executive producer Sarah Tyekiff said of the show last year: “If you’re real Lovers it doesn’t matter what kind of relationship you’re in, as long as you’re genuinely in love. For the Liars, well, anything goes.
“We’re confident the viewers are in for something totally different because they won’t be told who’s real and who’s fake.
“This show gives us real insight into modern-day relationships, people’s opinions of them, and a great play along at home.”
