The youngster from Malta lives with her two mums, three acts and two dogs.
She has been singing from 5 years old and watching Britain's Got Talent on YouTube.
Wanting to be famous and reach notes like Mariah Carey, Giorgia sang her own song called '10' in tonight's episode.
She faced judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden on the show this evening.
After the performance, Simon said: "I just knew when I woke up this morning this was going to be a great day. It was amazing."
David added: "I cannot believe you are 10 years old. I was barely out of nappies when I was 10 years old."
Alesha didn't say anything, simply hitting the golden buzzer for Giogria.
She said after: "You're not even real.
"It takes a lot to really, really move me. You floored me. You absolutely floored me. Your vocal capability, your lyrical capability.... You are ten years old. You are a star. You have the best personality as well. I love everything about you, congratulations."
"I thought she was amazing, like really good," added Simon.
Other acts tonight included Derek Sandy, a 56 year old singer and dancer who performs an original song dedicated to the Isle of Wight.
We met two very different magic acts: Matt Stirling, a 46 year old from Ruislip performed an immersive movie themed trick while 42-year-old policeman Dave was joined on stage by his dog Finn for their audition.
Plus, rollerblating duo Adam and Rosie wowed with their tricks that saw them sail through to the next round.
Britain's Got Talent 2019 airs Saturday night at 8PM on ITV with Ant and Dec.
After each episode, More Talent airs on ITV2 straight after, hosted by Stephen Mulhern.
