The first Love Island 2019 contestant may have already been revealed.
The new series of Love Island will be back on ITV2 this summer.
And although the confirmed cast is some way off being announced, one name has already been linked to the show.
Instagram star and model Braelin Kail Peery took to her social media to reveal she had been asked to appear in the series, the Daily Mirror newspaper reports.
"i really just got asked to be on the show love island," she wrote online as her thousands of her followers encouraged her to sign up.
Braelin replied: "i. im. IM 20 AND HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A RELATIONSHIP BEFORE. I CANT ALREADY BE GOING ON LOVE SHOWS."
Show bosses previously explained how they used social media to help cast contestants.
"We also cast our net far and wide by looking at social media profiles (Twitter and Instagram) as it's always quite easy to gauge on there people who are popular, aren't afraid to show themselves off and have a big following," casting producer Lewis Evans told Cosmopolitan last year. "We also attend events and hold street castings for prospective Islanders."
Meanwhile, it you want to be on Love Island this year, the opportunity is still open.
Applications for Love Island 2019 close on April 30.
ITV ask: "How do you fancy enjoying your very own long hot summer of romance? Love Island will be back for summer 2019 and we're now on the look out for lively singles from across the country to take part.
"Once again our Islanders will take up residence in a spectacular luxury villa in the hope of finding love. But to stay on the island, they need to couple up – and more importantly – win the hearts of the public."
In order to apply, you need to be at least 18, have valid travel documents and be free to enjoy a long hot summer later this year.
