Following each of the celeb’s latest live performances, it was reality star Gemma Collins who was voted off Dancing On Ice 2019 after the skate off against cricketer Ryan Sidebottom.

In the skate off, judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo decided who to save after the couples skated again.

Jason, Ashley and Jayne all saved Ryan, leaving Gemma to go home. Although his casting vote was not needed, head judge Chris also saved Ryan.

Appearing on ITV’s This Morning and Loose Women yesterday (Monday, February 11), Gemma reacted to her exit and her clashes with Jason throughout the series.

“He is there to do a job after all. It’s just when he body shamed me, the first form of defense is attack,” Gemma said of her rows with the Dancing On Ice judge. “He body shamed me so I went on the defensive. I would have loved to have been spun around for a count of eight, but I couldn’t.

“When he said I wouldn’t be able to be lifted – yeah, we know that Jason, no need to say it.”

However Gemma admitted she didn’t realise she was “so unfit” and vowed to continue working on her health after losing more than two stone.

“I won’t skate anymore but I will one hundred percent keep up with the fitness. I feel so much better,” Gemma said. “I had three tyres around my middle and they’ve gone. I’ve lost two and a half stone, it just doesn’t go off my face.”

She added: “I can tie my shoes now. I’m just feeling fit, climbing the stairs and feeling OK. I might take to the rink once a week, but for fun.”

But Gemma confessed she did enjoy a night off after her exit from the show on Sunday evening.

The TOWIE star said: “I drank myself silly last night. I haven’t been able to let my hair down for weeks. Arg was there singing away. I arrived at the hotel at 3am… sorry if you can smell brandy!”

Dancing On Ice 2019 continues Sunday nights at 6PM on ITV.
