Celebs Go Dating’s Megan McKenna and ex Pete Wicks ‘growing close during filming’

Megan McKenna and ex Pete Wicks have reportedly been growing close during filming for Celebs Go Dating.

Reality star Megan McKenna and The Only Way is Essex’s Pete Wicks were previously a couple but called it quits in 2017.

Now both single, they’ve signed up to E4’s Celebs Go Dating to find new partners.

But it’s been claimed that the pair have been growing close again during filming of the show.

Celebs Go Dating’s new dating agent Anna Williamson previously predicted that there would be plenty to come from the former lovebirds.

She told The Sun newspaper: “They’re both looking for new love. It’s Megan and Pete, so who knows what is going to go down!

“They have an enormous past between the two of them, so will sparks fly? Who knows?”

But all the rumours follow Megan ruling out reuniting with Pete in a previous interview.

“I feel like an ex is an ex for a reason, there’s no point. It can get very messy and you don’t really want that do you”, she told OK! magazine.

Alongside Megan & Pete, the 2019 Celebs Go Dating Celebrity singletons are made up of Love Island’s loyal Georgia Steel, popstar and Jungle Queen Kerry Katona and Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey.

Joining them are Ibiza Weekender head rep David Potts and Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson, who is returning to the show after previously failing to find a partner last time.

Sam said: “I’ve had a rough old run in the love stakes so I’m back to my spiritual home at the dating agency! It’s about time I got lucky in love, so let’s see if this time round I can find that special someone!”

Celebs Go Dating will air later this year on E4.
