Olivia recently faced one of the survival contest's revolting challenges while appearing on ITV2 spin-off Extra Camp.
Alongside presenter Joe Swash, she held a series of live critters in her mouth for a minute at a time.
For the gruesome finale, she then had to pop fish eyes in her mouth, spit out the contents, and drink the disgusting juice.
While most people would probably struggle to face even one Trial, it seems Olivia's experience has given her the jungle bug.
The reality favourite told The Daily Star Sunday that she'd be happy to return to I'm A Celebrity as a fully-fledged contestant.
"It was worse than what I thought it would be. When you watch it on TV, everyone thinks, ‘I could do that’," she explained.
"But when the bugs are actually in front of you it’s quite scary. So I was proud of myself for doing it all. I think I surprised people. I think people thought I’d be useless but I wasn’t!
She continued: "It would be great to go back and be a contestant. It’s a totally different show to Love Island because you haven’t got the pressure of relationships and romance.
"People would see a different side to me."
Bookies are already offering odds of 4/6 that Olivia will do a stint in the Australian outback next year.
Since leaving Love Island, Olivia has starred in her own ITVBe reality show with her ex-boyfriend Chris Hughes.
More recently, she tried to find a new relationship on E4's Celebs Go Dating.
