The reality star, who rose to fame on Made In Chelsea, first took part in the show at the start of this year.

He ended up dating a girl called Emilia but it didn’t last.

Sam said shortly after the show: “I tried to be as honest as possible and told her I wasn’t ready to have a girlfriend as I’d just come out of an incredibly long relationship.”

Now Sam is back and seemingly ready for a girlfriend again.

This time around he’ll be in the hands of new dating agents, award-winning matchmaker Paul Carrick Brunson and life coach Anna Williamson.

Speaking about Sam, Anna said: “I would love it if Sam [Thompson] was our first Celebs Go Dating wedding.”

“I adore Sam, he’s come back again and we have some great work to do with him,” she told DigitalSpy. “Paul and I are committed to finding the right person for him, he just hasn’t found the right girl yet in his life so far. I hope we find a really good match for Sam that really embraces the little goofball that he is.

“We will find him someone but you have to start from where you are starting.”

Discussing his past struggles on the show, Anna added: “We can’t keep going back to the past, but we can defiantly learn from it. That is more for Sam, from what he learnt from his previous process, to learn why he is back.

“Maybe Sam wasn’t in the right place, it wasn’t the right time but I hope we find out that now is the right time.”

On signing up for the show again, Sam himself said: “I’ve had a rough old run in the love stakes so I’m back to my spiritual home at the dating agency! It’s about time I got lucky in love, so let’s see if this time round I can find that special someone!”

He’s one of seven unlucky-in-love Celebrity singletons set for Celebs Go Dating Season 6 in 2019.

The ladies on the journey to find ‘the one’ are reality star Megan McKenna, popstar and Jungle Queen Kerry Katona, Hollyoaks actress Chelsee Healey and Love Island’s very loyal contestant, Georgia Steel.
