Earlier this week viewers saw Nick try to get involved while Noel completed his water duties.
The House Party legend then snuck out for more water, apparently bending the camp rule that three celebs must watch the fire at all times.
Yesterday, Noel woke up at peace as he practised his meditation.
"I beat the rush to the dunny and went off for a little meditation," he explained. "I’ve been doing it each morning since I’ve found the swing chair.
"I’m in my own little world for a while and when I’m finished I think 'that’s better, let’s now go and sit down there and starve to death'!"
However, it wasn't long before he was back to winding up Nick while collecting more wood for the fire.
The DIY SOS host was concerned he may have broken another rule, stating celebs can't leave camp unescorted, and asked who went with him.
"I didn’t," confirmed Noel.
"You are not allowed to leave camp without someone, that’s one of the things that will lose us the task," insisted Nick.
"Well maybe I didn’t leave camp, na na na-na na," smirked Noel.
Visiting the Bush Telegraph to collect more wood, Noel commented: "There’s Nick getting his knickers in a twist because he thinks I left the camp.
"He can be such an a**e at times."
On his way back, he teased Nick further, exclaiming: "Coooeeeee, I left the camp again!"
Meanwhile, Rita Simons had a bone to pick, informing Nick that someone had been leaving the toilet seat up in the dunny.
"The naughty boys have been leaving the seat up and it’s gross. I sat on someone’s wee wee last night," she said.
Harry Redknapp eventually owned up to the mistake and apologised.
"I am guilty, but I was scared to tell Rita in case she bashed me up!" he laughed.
I'm A Celebrity 2018 airs nightly at 9.00pm on ITV, followed by Extra Camp on ITV2.
