Most of the group had enjoyed a delicious roast dinner thanks to James McVey, John Barrowman and Rita Simon’s efforts in the epic quest.

However, they narrowly missed out on the eleventh and final ticket to the banquet – and camp leader Nick selflessly agreed to sit it out.

Yesterday more treats were up for grabs when Fleur and Noel set off for the Dingo Dollar Challenge.

Their rhyming instructions read: “To get the dollars, you’ll be getting wet. First catch the fish, by hand or by net.

“The question is, how much do they weigh? Balance them high, then there they must stay.”

Noel laughed at the task, joking: “I’m going back to children’s TV!

“Fishing is all about relaxation and enjoying the environment, so why don’t I sit on the rocks and say words of encouragement?”

The pair were soon catching fish from a creek, and once they’d balanced them all on a mobile, their Dingo Dollars appeared atop a rock.

At the Outback Shack they discovered that Kiosk Kev had a special offer on: the celebs’ remaining luxury items.

Noel wasn’t bothered about his hair dye, while Fleur reckoned Rita Simons and Emily Atack would happily forgo their respective eye mask and hair brush.

Weighing up between Harry Redknapp’s deckchair and the alternative option, scampi fries, the duo chose the food.

Kev called camp with the teaser question: “What percentage of the British public believe in aliens, 38% or 64%?”

“My immediate instinct is 38%, and I believe in going against your instinct on these things,” remarked Anne Hegerty.

The rest of the celebs went with Anne, answering 64% – and they were correct.

Kev promptly handed over a stingy portion of fries. “Could you not top it up a bit?!” asked Fleur. “What a mean bugger, I don’t feel like we’ve won!

“When Harry finds out he could have had the chair…”

Back in camp, Harry was indeed disappointed, commenting: “I would have liked my chair. Not for me, I’d have given it to Anne.”

Fleur then surprised Nick by revealing the camp would be repaying his generosity.

“We decided whatever we do get we’d give to Nick, and we got scampi fries,” she revealed.

The celebs cheered the BBC presenter, who told the Bush Telegraph: “I was very touched, it was lovely of them.”
