I'm A Celebrity 2018: Anne Hegerty pinched by a crab in 'Hellish Hospital' trial

Anne Hegerty takes part in the next I'm A Celebrity 2018 trial in this evening's show.

Last night's latest episode saw another viewer vote to determine who would face the latest challenge.

Called Hellish Hospital, the "gruesome" task will see the unlucky celebrity taking part having to search a series of rooms in a 'hospital' for stars.

Each star found will be a meal for camp but as always, they won't be alone with the rooms full of nasty surprises.

Hosts Holly and Dec went into camp at the end of the show to reveal the result of the viewer vote and it was The Chase's Anne Hegerty who was named as the one who would be taking part.

"I knew it would be me," reacted Anne to the news.

In a first clip released ahead of this evening's show, Anne is seen making her way though the first room in the hospital where she has to retrieve a star from a snake filled corpse.

She then faces crabs as the TV star attempts to get her second of 11 stars.

You can see how she gets on in tonight's show at 9PM on ITV.

In the previous challenge in Monday's episode, James McVey, John Barrowman and Rita Simons went on a quest to earn the celebs a luxury feast.

They went on a trek throughout the Aussie outback in the search for stars.

Rita, John and James were racing against the clock in the trial with 85 minutes given to them in order to complete it.

This was the amount of time won for them by their fellow celebs in a live trial on Sunday night.

The X Factor themed challenge saw rounds including 'The Sting-Off', 'The Sick Chair Challenge', 'Judges Critter-cism', and so-called 'Dreadlock'.

The mix of tasks saw the celebs having to battle green ants, eating witchetty grub, downing disgusting cocktails and being locked up with snakes.

On their quest, James, John and Rita secured all but one star meaning a luxury meal for most of the group - with Nick the unlucky one to sit it out.

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here continues nightly at 9PM on ITV. Spin-off show Extra Camp airs nightly on ITV2 straight after the main show.
