More light has been shed on exactly why Lewis Flanagan was REMOVED from the Big Brother 2018 house.
He left the show with immediate effect, producers said.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Big Brother revealed why Lewis left: "Lewis has been removed from the Big Brother House for unacceptable language that contravenes the rules.
"Lewis has left the House with immediate effect."
His exit allegedly followed a conversation between himself, Brooke Berry and Cameron Cole.
Lewis' Twitter account - which is currently being looked after by friends and family - shed more light on what happened.
They tweeted: "Thank you to the big brother production team for trying hard to keep Lewis in the house, but due to the nature of the conversation with Brooke and Cameron today.
"It was nothing to do with racism before you all start. Lol The owners of the station could not let him continue. Xx"
Although Channel 5 has yet to air the conversation, they did show Lewis' reaction to being removed.
He was called to the Diary Room and told by Big Brother: "Before you entered the Big Brother house the rules regarding unacceptable language were explained to you.
"Last night you used language that contravened those rules. As a result, Big Brother has no choice but to remove you from the house."
Lewis replied: "I would say I'm devastated. I didn't mean to offend anyone, it was a slip of the tongue. I never once tried to offend anyone or hurt anyone's feelings. It's unacceptable.
"I'm not ashamed of myself because I didn't try to offend anyone, it was just a slip of the tongue.
"Unfortunately for me my bad language and misuse of certain phrases and certain words has exploded in my face. I would apologise to anyone who I've upset.
"I've never meant to upset anyone or hurt anyone's feelings or disrespect anyone from any background or sexuality or race or gender or religion. So yeah, I'm sorry. Obviously I'm going to pay the price."
Lewis' exit came ahead of tonight's latest eviction, where Tomasz Wania got the boot.
The double departure leaves Akeem Griffiths, Cian Carrigan,, Zoe Jones, Cameron Cole, Brooke Berry and Sîan Hamshaw in the house ahead of the final on Monday on November 5.
Lewis, who had been the favourite to win the series, is the second to be removed from this year's house. Ellis Hillon got the boot just days into the season after 'offensive tweets' she made before entering came to light.
Big Brother is back on TV on Sunday night at 10:30PM for an extended 90 minute episode.
