In Thursday night's show, Cian Carrigan confessed to a crush on Cameron to the house, and Cameron himself.
It led to an awkward atmosphere for Cameron and in the latest episode, it was the morning after the night before.
Cian reflected: "I was proper p***ed last night. He's 18. I don't think anyone has had a crush on him before. I would eat him alive!"
He said he planned to make a 'joke' out of the situation, quipping to Cameron: "On a scale of 1 to 10 how awkward are you with me?"
Cameron replied deadpan: "It's fine, don't worry."
Later, he sought out Lewis Flanagan for a chat.
Cameron said: "I just wish he [Cian] wouldn't have f**king said it. Even if he'd just said it to you, that'd be fine but to say it to the whole f**king group... Everyone's awkward today with me. Every single person. Conversations are just weird. Zoe... I think she feels awkward speaking to me."
Lewis replied: "I think she probably feels that what Cian done was wrong, that's why."
Cameron continued: "I don't even know what the f**k to say to him. I don't even know where to start... Everyone thinks I'm acting weird because someone said they like me.
"They're don't understand that there's more layers to that."
Lewis suggested: "Maybe they might know."
As the pair's chat continued, Lewis approached the subject of Cameron's own sexuality.
As Cameron encouraged him to ask outright, Lewis obliged: "Are you gay?"
"Yes," replied Cameron, revealing that Lewis was one of the first people he had told.
As the pair hugged it out, Cameron remarked: "Now my whole world changes forever."
On the outside world, Cameron's dad appeared on Bit On The Side and said he was "very proud" of his son.
