Here’s the latest from Big Brother 2018’s eviction last night.
Housemates nominated for the first time last Sunday, while viewers were also able to nominate a housemate in a new twist.
The week ended with both Lewis G and Lewis Flanagan facing the axe, and it was Lewis G who left in Friday’s Big Brother results.
After saying goodbye to his fellow housemates, Lewis G left the House, and said to Emma: “It sucks!”
Asked by Emma what he felt when she announced he would be leaving, Lewis G said: “I wasn’t surprised, someone’s got to go. There’s nothing I can do about it. It was a battle between who was the better Lewis and obviously you guys [the public] thought he was the better Lewis, and that’s how life goes…
“Obviously I could preach my case all day and night about how I should be in there [the BB House], but the public chose.”
Lewis G added: “At the end of the day, it is what it is. I was just being myself and that’s all I could do…I had fun the whole way through, so that’s the main thing. I’m still a bit gutted.”
At the end of his interview, Lewis G donated his Big Coins to Isaac, who was left rather upset by his mate leaving.
“It’s just the initial thing. Tomorrow I’ll be sweet but now…. I just feel like a little bit on my own now,” Isaac said.
Housemates speculated how Lewis G’s exit would change the house dynamic.
“Isaac will be nice without Lewis G. Everyone will be more calm without Lewis G,” predicted Brooke.
Meanwhile, Lewis G admitted he was a “sore loser” on Bit On The Side.
He said: “I’m looking at the people’s faces who are still in there and I know that it’s not gonna be as fun with them as it would with me, it’s going to be dull. It’s gonna be boring in there.”
Following the eviction, housemates will nominate for the latest time this weekend.
Once more viewers will also be able to nominate alongside the housemates via free vote on the official BBUK app and website.
The Secret Viewer Nominations will result in two housemates being nominated. With fans able to vote for their favourites, the two housemates with the fewest votes not already nominated will also be put up for eviction.
However the Game changer task will be back, allowing the potential for one housemate to be saved again.
Big Brother 2018 is back on SUNDAY night at 10PM with a bumper 90 minute highlights show.
