Here are the current Strictly Come Dancing 2018 favourites after the first live dances.

One celebrity shone brighter than the rest on the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor during the first weekend of live performances.

Joe Snugg has waltzed to the top of the Strictly Come Dancing betting ahead of the second weekend of live performances after a slew of bets came bounding in on Friday.

The Vlogger saw his odds slashed in half to 6/1 from 12/1 when he scored an impressive 27 points for his energetic Jive on Saturday.

However, just before Joe takes to the dancefloor for a second time, punters have inundated BoyleSports with support for him to win, resulting in his odds shortening all the way into joint 9/2 favouritism with Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts.

Stacey Dooley previously shared the top spot with Ashley after impressing with her Quickstep, but the move for Joe has seen her odds drift out to 5/1 from 9/2.

Capital FM presenter Vick Hope blasted the judges scoring of her Jive which received a total of 18 points, three of which were from Craig Revel Horwood. As she prepares to take on the Waltz this week, she may be disgruntled to learn her odds to win have drifted further to 7/1 having been the 11/4 favourite before the live performances.

Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “The Strictly Come Dancing betting has seen yet another overhaul as Joe Sugg became the subject of strong support ahead of this weekend’s performances, where he will be taking on a Charleston to ‘Cotton Eyed Joe’.

"It has seen his odds cut drastically to the joint 9/2 favourite with Ashley, a far cry from his 12/1 odds last week.”
