Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman hosted the second live show tonight, as the couples aimed to dazzle the fabulous four judges – Dame Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and head judge Shirley Ballas.

The judges’ scores from this week were added to their scores from last week’s spectacular first live show. The vote lines will then open and viewers at home can have their say on their favourite couples. Sadly, someone will be leaving the competition in Sunday night’s results show and no-one wants to be the first to go.

Ashley Roberts and Pasha Kovalev topped the scoreboard this week after scoring 32 points, receiving the first nine of the series.

Combined with her joint top score of 29 from last week, it saw Ashley eclipse Faye Tozer at the top. Faye and Giovanni Pernice had to settle for second place with a combined score of 60 while Joe Sugg and Dianne Buswell were third with a total of 58 points.

At the bottom end for a second week running were Susannah Constantine and Anton Du Beke who suffered another “dance disaster’ with their Foxtrot to ‘They Can’t Take That Away From Me’ by Frank Sinatra.

They scored just the 12 points, with another single one point from Craig, placing them bottom of the scoreboard once more and making them the favourites to be be heading home.

Also suffering this weekend were Seann and Katya: who did the Jive to ‘I’m Still Standing’ by Elton John.

It all went a bit wrong, resulting in just 15 points from the panel.

The total judges’ marks from the past two weeks will now be combined with the results from the first public vote tonight.

The two celebrity couples in the bottom two of the overall rankings will find themselves having to dance again in tomorrow night’s (Sunday) results show.
