The Big Brother 2018 housemates have been told who's up for eviction this week.

For the potential last ever series of BBUK, Big Brother has opened the 'Bank of Big Brother', with its new Big Brother currency 'Big Coin'. The new currency will play a very important role throughout the new season.

Housemates can earn Big Coin through tasks and twists and they can be used to buy privileges in the house or advantages in the game.

For the very first week, there were no nominations and instead the three poorest housemates with the fewest Big Coins faced the axe.

At the end of the week's challenges, Anamélia Silva, Sîan Hamshaw and Kay Lovelle were left as the three poorest housemates and are up for eviction.

Big Brother announced the news to the group yesterday in scenes that will be shown in tonight's highlights show.

"Today's Big Coin totals have been counted and Big Brother can reveal the tree housemates facing eviction form the Big Brother house," Big Brother announced.

There was little surprise to hearing Anamélia's name after she was made bankrupt by Lewis G in one of the tasks.

But housemates were shocked that she was joined up for the axe by Sian and Kay.

Kenaley Amos-Sissons shouted simply: "What?!"

Anamélia reacted: "That's so weird. This is so strange. How?"

Following the news, Sian retreated to the Diary Room in tears while Kay admitted she was struggling to 'fit in' to the group.

"I feel really deflated. I feel like I'm not fitting in as well," she told Lewis G. "I'm getting tired of listening and talking."

It's a vote to evict which is bad news for Anamélia, who has dominated the weekly highlights so far not always in the most positive context.

She's the odds-on tip with the bookies to be leaving in tonight's live show.

Big Brother 2018 continues Sunday-Fridays at 10PM on Channel 5. The first eviction takes place at 10PM, Friday night with host Emma Willis.
