Roxanne Pallett has reportedly written a letter of apology to Ryan Thomas after Celebrity Big Brother.

It was Ryan Thomas who won Celebrity Big Brother 2018 in last week’s final, beating Kirstie Alley in the final vote.

The series ended up being dominated by Ryan and Roxanne’s ‘punchgate’ scandal that saw Roxanne walk out of the house.

She previously apologised on TV to Ryan during an interview with CBB host Emma Willis. Now, Roxanne is said to have penned a letter to say sorry for accusations she made against him.

A source shared this weekend: “Ryan has finally received his letter from Roxanne.

“It was very heartfelt and unreservedly apologetic. He wants to put it to bed now and move on.”

A source had told The Sun newspaper previously: “Roxanne decided to write Ryan a letter of apology shortly after deciding to leave the house and having been interviewed by Jeremy Vine and Emma Willis.

“She gave the note to a member of show staff to pass on to Ryan once he left the house rather than attempting to give it to him directly.”

Ryan himself recently spoke about the incident in a new interview.

The soap star appeared on Jeremy Vine last week on Channel 5 to discuss his time in the CBB house.

He recalled: “You don’t have any idea what’s going on just in general, the whole show… [Punchgate] is just a tiny bit of my journey. In that situation you want your friends and loved ones but the whole process it’s tedious. There’s no element of time and the boredom… everything is heightened.

“Nominations become a horrible thing because you end up having to b***h and I know it has to happen and everyone knows what they’re doing in there.”

Ryan added: “I think Roxanne has been through a lot. CBB makes headlines and sometimes for the wrong reasons. It’s time we look forward. She’s suffering enough. I don’t want to be part of it.”

With Celebrity Big Brother now over, Big Brother is currently airing Sunday-Friday nights at 10PM on Channel 5.
